Refund Policy

At Gregory’s Jerky, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. Please carefully review our policy below:

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any of our food items, including jerky, regardless of whether they have been opened or remain sealed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a defect with the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. Reach us at support@gregorysjerky.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
